Shan shui is a style of traditional ink painting depicting the intrinsic beauty of nature: landscapes such as mountains, rivers and waterfalls. It typically uses a calligraphy brush and black ink, and more rarely colored hues.
Here, images are captured with the impressions of the lotus stalk with ink made from sacred lotus flowers.
